Mermaid Birthday
Once again playing around with some gorgeous products from Create on Ormond. Marisa get's beautiful paper and cardstock from Ipaper. I have been playing with the Splash Designer Paper. I also used the lush Eco Luxury cardstock that matched perfectly. The sentiment is from PaperTrey Ink - Signature Greetings.
I have also rediscovered by Hero Arts Envelope Template and Envelope liner template. I forgot how easy it was to make your own envelopes, and when you line the envelope with the matching paper from the card, they whole project really pops!!
Star Buttons
Marisa from Create on Ormond gave me these gorgeous button packs to play around with. You get three buttons in each colour - Big star, little star and round. And these are the baby cards I came up with. The Sentiment for the first card is from My Sentiments Exactly.

I am loving this Hero Arts stamp - newspaper Tulips. Here is a card that I am doing as a class at Create on Ormond - the theme of the class is using different products for inking the stamp. This card is done with markers, and I only used half the image on the stamp.

I have loved this stamp from the moment I saw it and have been inspired by other cards on here. I used the marker technique to ink the stamp, then spritzed with some water and stamped on watercolour paper. This is a small 4" x 4" card, I love making the small size. The lovely seam binding is from Stampin' Up.
Faux stone

I used a Faux Stone technique on this card using three paint colours and a toothbrush. I then ran the painted piece through an embossing folder then applied distress ink with a blending tool over the top.
