Welcome back for another Farm Fresh Friday on The Greeting Farm. I am hosting this week - yay!!

For your challenge this week, pull out those coloured pencils that you have not used for ages. I used them years ago when I first started making cards - as really there were not a lot of other colouring mediums out there about 20 years ago - how times have changed!

For my card I used one of the images from the last release - Miss Anya Summer. A great technique with coloured pencils is to colour on Kraft cardstock. It really makes the colours pop! I have used Prismacolor pencils, laying down the colour similar to how I would do it with Copics. The beauty of Primacolor pencils is they are soft and blend really well.

I teamed Miss Anya up with patterened paper from Kaisercraft - 6 x 6 pad - Jungle Bug collection. I love the combination of blue an orange. I have die cut the image using stitched oval dies from Lil' Inker Designs.

FFF - Stitches

Heyde ho there fellow farmers - another Farm Fresh Friday coming your way, with the lovely Jodi hosting this week with the fun theme of "STITCHES!"

Hope you all play along once again.

For my card I used one of the stamps from the last release - Dollie with a Bow - she is really great to colour. I teamed her with some BasicGrey paper - Granola. For the stitches part I used a stitched circle die from Lil' Inker Design and the flag and sentiment are from Lil' Inker Design as well.

Make sure you check out all the other DT's lovely creations and with the weekend coming up it is the perfect time to get INKY!!

CASology - Week 71

I am starting to try to play along with a few challenges - I never seem to get the time but I have vowed to make time. So when I saw the latest challenge on CASology - I decided I would pull out my Lil' Inker Designs die - Jingle Joy. I die cut the letters and bell from glitter cardstock. Added sequins for some extra interest.
