Welcome to Day 3 of The Greeting Farm's July Previews. For those who love Dollie - TGF would like to introduce to you "Dollie with Cupcake".

I love the Dollie images, their hair, their eyes - they always are fun to colour and paper piece.

Here is my card. I paper pieced her dress with paper from Simple Stories. She is coloured in copics.

FFF and Day 2 of July Previews

Another Friday is here and we are combining FFF with the July Day 2 Preview. Today we are previewing "Birthday Bundle" providing you with some great go to images for all those birthday cards we make.

The FFF challenge this week you need to find inspiration from one of the DT's amazing cards and CASE it - create your own project by being inspired by layout, colour etc of one of the cards.

For my card for the July Preview I used the lovely cake, stamped it on watercolour paper then coloured with watercolour paints. I love the subtle effect watercolouring gives you.

FFF July Preview - Day 1

Hello hello hello!!  It is Day 1 of the fabulous TGF July previews! The most exciting time is when I get my new stamps for a preview in the mail and this month is no exception. Introducing a fabulous new set called ..... MY SUNSHINE.

I chose the gorgeous Ian image for this card - doesn't he look all grown up!!  I teamed him up with some Basic Grey paper (Granola) and coloured him with Copics.

Welcome back for another Farm Fresh Friday on The Greeting Farm. I am hosting this week - yay!!

For your challenge this week, pull out those coloured pencils that you have not used for ages. I used them years ago when I first started making cards - as really there were not a lot of other colouring mediums out there about 20 years ago - how times have changed!

For my card I used one of the images from the last release - Miss Anya Summer. A great technique with coloured pencils is to colour on Kraft cardstock. It really makes the colours pop! I have used Prismacolor pencils, laying down the colour similar to how I would do it with Copics. The beauty of Primacolor pencils is they are soft and blend really well.

I teamed Miss Anya up with patterened paper from Kaisercraft - 6 x 6 pad - Jungle Bug collection. I love the combination of blue an orange. I have die cut the image using stitched oval dies from Lil' Inker Designs.
